Papich Construction performed all civil improvements for this 279 lot housing tract. Along with the movement of approximately 1 million cubic yards of soil, this project included many adverse conditions such as: shallow ground water that required dewatering, drying and stabilization of saturated subterranean material and the screening of imported and onsite material to produce usable products. Papich Construction was successful in completing these operations on schedule due to the diversity of resources and investments into technology. This project was able to sustain efficient operations by replacing conventional staked grading with the use of GPS machine control and rover stations. High impact offsite improvements were also completed while still maintaining traffic flow without road closures.
