Papich Construction Company Inc. performed closure construction of an inactive landfill located in Palm Springs,Ca for County of Riverside Waste Management. Work consisted of placing and compacting approx 1.5 million cubic yards low permeable material over the 146 acre inactive landfill cell. Low permeable material was processed onsite by blending onsite soils with import clay. Work also consisted of concrete down drains, asphalt and concrete bench crossings and paving of bench roads.
